Refund Policy
Last updated 7 September 2026
The short version. Full access is a one-time $9.99 payment plus local tax, and sales are final. You do not need to pay anything to find out whether this works for you — every official question, all the flashcards, study by topic and one complete practice test are free forever, with no time limit and no card required.
Try it before you pay
We would rather you never needed a refund, so the free part of the product is not a trial that expires. You can study the entire official question pool, use every flashcard, and take a full practice test in the real format without paying. Full access adds unlimited practice tests and interview practice. By the time you decide to pay, you have already used the thing you are paying to have more of.
Sales are final
Full access is a digital product delivered immediately. Once your payment completes, your account is unlocked straight away and the purchase is not refundable.
Where the law says otherwise
This policy does not remove rights you have by law. Consumer law in some countries — including the United Kingdom and the European Union — gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase within a set period, and where that applies it takes precedence over this page.
Our payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle may issue a refund under its own Buyer Terms, and where it does, that decision stands regardless of this page.
Things we will always put right
These are not refunds under this policy — they are mistakes, and we fix them:
- You were charged twice. Send us the receipts and the duplicate is refunded.
- You paid and did not get access. We will unlock your account. Two separate systems already do this automatically, so this should not happen — but if it does, send us the receipt Paddle emailed you and we will sort it out.
- You did not authorise the payment. Contact us and Paddle straight away.
How to reach us
hello@prepareforcitizenship.com. Include the receipt Paddle sent you — it has the transaction reference we need to find your payment.
